The Mangawhai Hills Private Plan Change application was Publicly Notified by the Kaipara District Council as PPC84.

Full information on the planning documents, the consultants reports and the public submission process can be found at Kaipara District Council Website - PPC84.

Public Hearings were held on 28 – 30 May 2024. Pending a successful outcome, we will commence earthworks for the first stage of House Lots on Cove Rd in late 2024. We have a secondary school as part of the Master-plan and Mangawhai Hills College will open for it’s inaugural 40 students at the start of 2025.
