Development Update

We have some exciting news!

‍

The Mangawhai Hills Private Plan Change application has now been Publicly Notified by the Kaipara District Council as PPC84. We're excited to hear from the community on our development plans.

Full information on the planning documents and public submission process can be found at Kaipara District Council Website - PPC84.

Public Submissions will open on 29th August. Keep an eye out here for more information on how you can contribute in the coming weeks.

Public Hearing
The Mangawhai Hills Private Plan Change (PPC84) is under review by the Kaipara District Council, with earthworks planned for late 2024 and the opening of Mangawhai Hills College in early 2025, pending approval.
