Stage 1 siteworks are complete, titles have been issued and new homes are underway. Come and see the progress for yourself at our Open Day on Saturday 24 October, 11am–3pm.

There's plenty happening at Mangawhai Hills, and we're excited to share the progress with you.

All siteworks and landscaping for the Stage 1 lots are now complete, and titles were issued in July. This milestone has cleared the way for homebuilding to gather pace, with a further five homes now under construction and another five expected to start in the next one to two months.

As homes take shape and the landscape establishes, the vision for Mangawhai Hills is becoming a reality: a thoughtfully planned community where homes, nature and everyday life come together. It's an exciting time to take a fresh look at what's happening here.

A new look online - and much more to discover

We've given our website a major upgrade, with fresh imagery and substantially more detailed information about Mangawhai Hills.

In response to your feedback, we've also created the Vault, a dedicated place to explore project information and get a clearer picture of our plans for the community.

Whether you've been following our progress or haven't visited for a while, take some time to explore and see how far the project has come.

Join us for our Open Day on Saturday 24 October, from 11am–3pm.

Surrounded by rural views and just minutes from Mangawhai, it's an opportunity to explore the development, see the progress of our new show homes and imagine life here.

Our walking trail and park are now open to the public, so take a stroll, enjoy the views and experience the space and natural surroundings that make Mangawhai Hills special.

Our team will be there to chat about the vision for this regenerative community, from native planting and rewilding to solar energy, wastewater treatment and plans for Mangawhai Hills College on site.

With a coffee cart, games for the kids and music, it's a relaxed way to spend a few hours and get to know the neighbourhood.

Roads sealed, entrance open - Stage 1 nears completion.

The roads through Stage 1 are now tar sealed, most sections are planted with natives and the main entrance on Cove Road is complete. Titles are targeted within the next two months.
