Earthworks at Cove Heights are well advanced and the first streets are emerging from the hillside. Here's a first look at the site, the streetscape and the sections likely to be released.
Stage 1 civil works are well underway at Mangawhai Hills, and the transformation is already visible on the ground. Roads are being cut, platforms are being formed, and the first streets of Cove Heights are starting to read as a neighbourhood rather than a plan.

Later this year we'll host an on-site launch event at our new Experience Centre. It will be a chance to walk the land, meet the team and see for yourself what makes Mangawhai Hills different — a regenerative community designed to bring people closer to nature through inspired coastal living.
