Roads sealed, entrance open - Stage 1 nears completion.
The roads through Stage 1 are now tar sealed, most sections are planted with natives and the main entrance on Cove Road is complete. Titles are targeted within the next two months.

There's a real sense of momentum on site as Stage 1 nears completion. The roads are now tar sealed, most sections have been planted with natives and fencing is largely in place — giving a clear picture of how the landscape is coming together.
The main entrance for Stage 1, on Cove Road directly opposite De Boer Lane, is now complete. It's an important milestone and gives a true sense of arrival into the community. The first nature trail is ready to enjoy, and our new Central Park is being developed for public use — a place for families, picnics and community activities.
"Standing at the new entrance, you get a true sense of arrival into the community."
The Experience Centre is now open on weekends between 12pm and 2pm, offering an early glimpse of the regenerative vision for Mangawhai Hills. The Experience Centre house is also being offered for sale, with a lease back to Mangawhai Hills. We'd welcome you to come and see it, explore the site, walk the land and get a deeper understanding of what's being created here.
Behind the scenes, we're working closely with Kaipara District Council to progress titles as quickly as possible, and are targeting titles within the next two months. We've also increased the range of house and land packages available — substantial homes on large lots, priced from $1.3 million to $2 million plus — and are working with a number of respected building partners to ensure a high standard of design and delivery across the development.
