Stage 1 sections released - first look for early registrants.

The first release of sections at Cove Heights is now open, with generously sized sites from 1,100m² to 1,800m² set among ridgelines, wetlands and native bush.

We're delighted to share that the initial release of sections in Stage 1 is now open — and those who registered their interest early are being offered the first opportunity to view them.

Mangawhai Hills is a master-planned community designed for life today and built for tomorrow. Set among ridgelines, wetlands and native bush, it offers large lifestyle sections with sweeping views, sustainable infrastructure and a vision for a regenerative future.

The first release includes generously sized sections ranging from 1,100m² to 1,800m², carefully arranged to balance privacy with connection, and with direct access to shared green spaces and an extensive network of walking and cycling trails.

Our Experience Centre showroom is now open on site, by appointment. It's located on Cove Road, opposite De Boer Lane. As this is a working site, please phone ahead to arrange a viewing before you visit.

Roads sealed, entrance open - Stage 1 nears completion.

The roads through Stage 1 are now tar sealed, most sections are planted with natives and the main entrance on Cove Road is complete. Titles are targeted within the next two months.
